I perform “Overall” residential home inspections according to the North Carolina standards of practice (SOP). This includes the major systems of a home such as the Foundation, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and Heating and Air Conditioning. My detailed reports are prepared with the client in mind to provide them with the best information to assist in their real estate decisions. Additionally, I am always available for questions if they come up after the inspection.
